New trucks

The Blueline Laundry branded trucks are widely recognised around the state, and both Hobart and Laundry have just received new trucks which display our updated Purpose that better represents the unique diversity of its workforce.

Blueline Laundry’s Purpose is to create meaningful employment for people of diverse abilities, cultures and backgrounds.

CEO Michael Sylvester says, “Our Mission hasn’t changed, however the wording of our Purpose is now wholly strength-based rather than describing the marginalisation of our workforce. 35% of our staff work with neuro, cognitive or physical diversity, which is sometimes referred to as disability, and 35% are from the culturally and linguistically diverse community.

We value and respect all our staff, the 240 Tasmanians working at Blueline Laundry. It's not their disability that makes us stronger as an organisation, it's their capability.
