In honour of Anzac Day, let's think about the role of laundries during war time. Keeping clothing and bedding clean is only second in importance to good food and clean water when it comes to maintaining an Army’s health and morale.

That's why Laundry Units have been an integral part of the Australian Army’s Order of Battle since the First World War.
