On AIR in 3-2-1
For the very first time in 130 years, Blueline Laundry will be running a celebration “thank you” campaign on commercial television.
“We are only here because of the support we have received from customers and the community as a whole” commented Blueline CEO Michael Sylvester. “We wanted to commemorate our 130th year by firstly saying thank you to them, but also to let the broader public know who we are and what we do as a social enterprise, a commercial business that is driven by the purpose of creating meaningful employment for people of ALL abilities, backgrounds and cultures. We rely on the success of our commercial operation to enable our core mission of supporting vulnerable Tasmanians”
Blueline Marketing and Customer Engagement Manager Allan Dickins commented “The ad is a reflection of how integrally connected Blueline are within the community in so many ways that people wouldn’t even realise. Blueline provides laundry and linen services right across Tasmania’s health, hospitality and tourism sectors every day . We’d love it if the general public knew that by simply supporting our customers, or directly supporting us, that they are helping us to make a real difference in the community.”
The ad is scheduled to run state wide via Southern Cross Austereo and WIN television, with a supporting radio commercial to co-incide. “I can’t thank both Southern Cross and WIN enough for their amazing generosity and support to give us more air time than we could ever have hoped for” said Mr Dickins.
There are many Blueline employees lining up readily available to sign autographs on account of their forthcoming stardom. 🤣🤣
