We see your hard work, we see your extra hours and extra days, we see your tired faces and eyes.  We see you going above and beyond our hand washing and hygiene procedures, we see you caring for each other, we see it all.

In the face of a very real and scary threat, YOU are our unsung heroes. Without YOU Blueline would not be able to function. You have given us your extra time, your extra energy, your last pieces of patience, all without question, often offered before being asked. You have taken on board all new requirements and procedures, and have helped us to implement these to protect our people.
